E Pilen battery and range
The company hasn’t revealed any single Information about the battery capacity but it has confirmed that the Husqvarna e Pilen will turn up to the range of 100km. One of the best things about this bike is that the Husqvarna e Pilen will have swappable batteries. And as per the images, the battery is split into three packs which can be removed from the top area of the fuel.
To support the electric powertrain Husqvarna runs a new chassis. This trellis frame uses a side-slung mono-shock which has been seen from the spy images. Talking about the uniqueness of the bike, the E-Pilen will get a new curved swingarm that appears to be unique to this motorcycle.
The Husqvarna e Pilen launch in India
As we consider the latest news and the PIERER Mobility report from last year, the E Pilen is to be manufactured at the Bajaj plant in Chakan at Pune. The Husqvarna E Pilen will go on sale in 2022. The timeline could be moved here and there are some pandemic-related constraints, which can be an obstacle for the E Pilen concept.
